Prayer – God will answer

Prayer – God will answer

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us – whatever we ask – we know that we have what we asked of him.

1 John 5:14-15 New International Version – UK (NIVUK)

Smith Wigglesworth once said, “A man is in a great place when he has no one to turn to but God.” Before you get desperate pray. In my experience things get desperate when I neglect my relationship with God. Praying cements that relationship and as you get to know God, you get to know His heart and things that He desires. Praying becomes, “His Kingdom come”, rather than my kingdom come. Enjoy getting to know God today and for the rest of your life.

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm on your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

May God be with you and bless you,
May you see your children’s children.
May you be poor misfortune,
Rich in blessings,
May you know nothing but happiness From this day forward.

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind always be at your back,
May the warm rays of sun fall upon your home,
And may the hand of a friend always be near.

May green be the grass you walk on,
May blue be the sky above you,
May pure be the joys that surround you,
May true be the hears that love you.
